Now that are ideas were developed and we had a plan for the area, we decided to meet with Carol (our University supervisor) to run her over our ideas. Overall Carol was very impressed with our designs but also helped us to think about what was achievable in the time that we had. Carol also advised us on making a timetable to ensure we made our targets manageable. We felt this was very helpful as we felt a bit lost as to where to start and what was most achievable with the time and resources that we have.

As a group, we then went away to make a timetable to create smaller and more manageable tasks that can be completed. We decided that our first manageable task would be to create the allotment, which we would like to get completed before January. We each gave ourselves small tasks that would support the development of this such as emailing gardening centres for advice and how best to design an allotment.

We also spoke about how best to continue to fundraise and have managed to arrange a quiz and raffle on Friday 17th November 2017 to support our efforts. We are really looking forward to the quiz and bringing the community together to support children within the area. Please see the poster attached for more information about the quiz, and we hope to see you all there!!
