The time had come, we booked a study room, we brought along our own ideas and finally it was the moment to all share our ideas of how we could create the new outdoor learning space.
We all presented our own designs and ideas through drawings and pictures. We then discussed which ideas we liked and thought about the potential benefits these ideas would have for the children. We also thought about the costing and how long the ideas would take to make. Finally, we all managed to come to an agreement on what we wanted in the outdoor learning space by writing our ideas on a whiteboard.

Towards the end of our meeting we set up a just giving page where the general public could read our story and donate towards the cost of the project if they wished to do so. (Here it is if you wanted to donate - https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/alice-stanley-1?utm_id=106&utm_term=qa5DA6jDy )We also then created a list on this page for people who may not be able to donate money but could donate materials that may not be any use to themselves any more.
Following this meeting we decided to email the school to arrange a time that we could meet the children and share our ideas. During this time, we plan to find out what the children would like to see in their new outdoor learning space and merge our ideas together.
Here's what we've come up with before meeting the children!!
